📦 1. Refunds for IT Services
We offer IT services such as website designing, software development, logo design, and related digital solutions.
✅ Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Service was not delivered as agreed in the written proposal or contract.
- The project was cancelled by mutual agreement before substantial work began.
- Technical issues on our side that prevent completion of the service.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Work already completed and delivered.
- Change of mind after project approval or delivery.
- Delays caused by client’s lack of response, content, or approvals.
🕒 Refund Timeline
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
🙏 2. Donations Refund Policy
Donations made to Serowali Mata Foundation support our spiritual, educational, and charitable activities. These are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions:
- If a duplicate donation was made in error.
- If an incorrect amount was donated unintentionally.
In such cases, donors must contact us within 3 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Refunds will be processed after verification.
