- Student refers to anyone enrolled in our free computer training or digital education programs.
- User refers to anyone using our website, services, or donating.
2. Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration or project discussions.
- Not misuse, copy, or resell any content or code provided by the Foundation.
- Respect our project timelines and approval processes.
3. IT Services
We provide services including:
- Website designing & development
- Software solutions
- Logo & graphics design
- Video editing and branding
Project Terms:
- A written proposal and/or payment agreement is required before project commencement.
- Project timelines depend on client cooperation and timely feedback.
- Ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment.
4. Free Education & Training
We offer free computer training to poor and orphaned children.
By enrolling:
- Students agree to attend sessions regularly and follow instructor guidelines.
- Misconduct or misuse of facilities can result in termination of training without notice.
5. Donations
All donations made to the Foundation are used for:
- Temple development
- Free education initiatives
- Spiritual and social events
Donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of error (see Refund Policy).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and digital assets created by the Foundation remain our intellectual property until fully paid for or officially transferred. Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Any personal or project-related data shared with the Foundation is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes. We do not share or sell user data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Serowali Mata Foundation shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss resulting from service delays or technical issues.
- Any loss caused by misuse of our content or services by third parties.
9. Termination of Services
The Foundation reserves the right to:
- Cancel or suspend services due to violation of terms, non-payment, or misuse.
- Refuse service at its sole discretion if found inappropriate or unethical.
